Choose a focused goal

Pick one concept, one problem type or one radio skill. Use Teach for a chapter, Exam for retrieval practice, Rapid Q for a doubt or RTR for radio rehearsal.

Reduce distractions

Keep the source page and units available. For voice work, use a quiet room and avoid clipping the start or end of a transmission.

Finish with a check

Explain the concept without looking or apply it to a new example. If you still cannot, record the specific uncertainty for your next session.
