For a product issue

  • Device and browser, mode and subject or paper.
  • The action that failed and what you expected to happen.
  • The approximate time and a screenshot with personal details removed.

Never send passwords, authentication tokens, card details or confidential user data. If a response seems technically wrong, include the public reference that supports the correction.

For instructors and ground schools

Tell us which subjects or radio skills your students need to practise, the approximate group size and what a useful evaluation would look like. We can discuss a focused product demonstration without making an endorsement or pass-rate claim.

For content corrections

Include the affected page URL, the point that needs correction and an authoritative source. Public guides and old book excerpts can become outdated; feedback helps us distinguish a software defect from a source-material problem.

Sources and scope

BlueFlash is independent study software, not DGCA or WPC, an approved training organisation, or a source of operational clearances. Practice material does not replace current official requirements, your instructor or aircraft manuals.
