RERA recent rain. NOSIG. Fourth: LSZB is Bern-Belp. 28012KT wind from 280 degrees at 12 knots. 9999 visibility 10 km or more. OVC100 overcast cloud at 10,000 feet. 16/12 temperature/dew point. Q1012 pressure. BECMG 5000 means the weather is expected to change — becoming — visibility 5,000 metres within the next two hours. Now, the question asks: What does the term METAR signify?
