Under O, we have Operating Mass at page 31 — that's the basic aircraft mass plus crew and their baggage, ready for operation. Operations Manual at page 25 — the aircraft's operating documentation. Payload at page 31 — the revenue-earning load, passengers, cargo, and mail. Performance at page 26 — the aircraft's performance characteristics. And Pounds at page 36 — the imperial unit of mass, which you'll encounter in some contexts.
Finally, under Q, we have Quantity Mass Conversion Chart — that's the chart that converts quantities, like volumes of fuel, into masses.
That's the index for these letters. The key takeaway is the distinction between the structural limits — MSLM, MSTOM, MTM, MZFM — and the operational masses like Operating Mass and Payload. Those structural limits are the hard ceilings you must never exceed, and the operational masses are what you actually calculate for each flight.
